1. Introduction

Welcome to Bella Event and Furniture Hire. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including event and furniture hire. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Booking and Payments
All bookings require a deposit to secure rental items. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will be honored. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection fees apply and are determined based on location and the items hired. The client must ensure that someone is present at the agreed time to receive and return all hired items.

4. Care and Responsibility
The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until collection. Any damage, loss, or theft of items will be charged accordingly. All furniture and décor must be used appropriately and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

5. Liability
Bella Event and Furniture Hire is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of hired items. We are also not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or traffic disruptions.

6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
